Diablo Ballet Professional Student Performance

DDiablo Ballet, under Artistic Director Lauren Jonas, will present the Company’s first student performance featuring members of the Ballet’s acclaimed Apprentice and Professional Intermediate Programs, two highly-selective training programs for exceptionally talented Bay Area dancers ages 11-18.  The performance, which will be presented November 16, 2007 at 8:00 pm at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, will include Viktor Kabaniaev’s award-winning White Light , Voices and the world premiere of The Grant of Grace, as well as excerpts from the 1st Act from Don Quixote staged by Tina Kay Bohnstedt, east coast choreographer Stephanie Powell’s Gospel Suite and Keturah Shelton’s Baile Picante.
